This is the unknown (until now) French model for the Statue of Liberty. Her name: Margot, Helene, Colette, Aimee, Isabelle Valentine Verne. I just made that up. The mystery still haunts us to this day. Well, maybe not. I don't even think there was a model because the face just looks like it was taken from one of those old classical Greek masks. Just having some fun with it. The above is actually modeled (loosely) on a model posing for Klimt.
This blog includes almost daily made art including faces, pop art, design, primitive motifs, digital works, humorous commentary, and my specialty quirky, whimsical art. I like to do fun-filled and novel looks, sometimes cartoons and not the usual fare. I strive to be original. Most of all I love to play with color!
